Combining education and entertainment [EDU-Tainment], DO It! was created by Transformation Dynamics as a licensed board game that engages participants to experience team dynamics, experiential learning that applies principles on defining, development, documentation and delivery of organization, product, service or program requirements, controls, protection and compliance related to the following areas:  Legal, Administration, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Operations and Technology.

 

Participants operate as a team/organization [enterprise] governed by the 'Commissioner of Enterprise Operations [CEO]' that presents them with issues, challenges, barriers or options to resolve situations about legal regulatory requirements or compliance of Federal/State governing laws, contracts, agreements or organizational policies about Human Resources programs [i.e. Employment, Benefits, Compensation, etc. . .].

 

A Financial Statement (Income, Balance Sheet) is provided to understand principles of financial management about revenues, expenses, assets, liabilities that must be maintained by the designated financial officer of the enterprise.

 

The remaining functional areas identified [Marketing, Sales, Operations, Technology] the commissioner may present case study challenges to the enterprise to comply on the elements of defined enterprise functional requirements, proof of control documents  or respond to regulatory compliance regulations.  A response by the enterprise submitted to the commissioner, may receive 'rewards or penalty/fine', added bonus to be recorded in the summarized financial book reflecting revenues, expenses, liabilities or assets on the financial condition of the enterprise.

 

The enterprise profile provided may contain elements of acquisition, transformation, workforce reduction, product/service/program introduction, discrimination, outsourcing or divestiture that may deal with business ethics or organizational behavior.  The key goal is to successfully manage the enterprise to achieve sustainability!
